To good neighbors! Urban model ensemble consisting of a block of flats, a playground and two bus shelters. The residential complex consists of two 3-storey apartment buildings with balconies, awnings, hipped roofs and dormers, which form a connected block of flats. There is plenty of play equipment for the children outside, including two swings, a slide, a sandpit and a goal wall. Two wooden bus shelters with benches and bus stop signs ensure the connection to public transport.

This kit contains: 462 individual parts in 13 colors, window film, 2 curtain masks, 1 decoration and 3 building instructions.
