On the road with an air-cooled howler and explosive cargo
The Economic Miracle era had great demand for explosives hauls that could serve a multitude of different use cases – whether for building highways or during tunnel construction. WIKING has miniaturised the three-axle Magirus square hood with tarp and given it a contemporary design. Powered by the thundering air-cooled Deutz engine of the time, the lorry produced in Ulm embodied an entire generation of lorries and was omnipresent on the roads of post-war Germany.
