Girl power!!!
Wild Hilde with her flowing mane roars through the city with her foot on the gas. Her friend Roman tries to slow her down and raises his hand in warning – no chance! Kidney-shaped table, petticoat and rock ‘n’ roll – the wild 1950s. Just the right time for an extravagant “cheeky” sports car – the Ford Thunderbird. The classy two-seater with its V8 engine was initially positioned as a competitor to the Chevrolet Corvette, which was introduced in February 1953. The Thunderbird, which was bigger, more powerful and more comfortable from the start, produced at the Ford plant in Dearborn, celebrated its debut on the streets of the world in early 1955. The elegant convertible is made especially for beautiful sunny days. Put the top back or the hardtop down and then it’s time to enjoy the fresh air and an unobstructed view all around.
