The so-called “platte” stands for the construction of residential buildings from standardized housing slabs. These were made from concrete in housing construction combines in the GDR. The housing series from 1970 (WBS 70) allowed the rational and variable creation of living space.
Many of the building ensembles created in this way are still in use today, some are even listed buildings. The platter series from Busch consists of the building with the standard floor height, which can be individually extended with a separate floor.
The highlights are the matching furnishing sets with figures and scenes from real life.
Kit for a ground floor under construction. Entrance with vestibule, stairs at the back and suggested staircase with stairs.
