With its 228 hp the Liebherr L 556 XPower can handle any transport situation on the construction site – even at 40 km/h, if need be! Thus, for the first time WIKING miniaturizes a classic wheel loader in the precision scale 1:32, its original combines high-performance, fuel-efficiency, robustness and comfort. The original’s bucket content is 3.6 m³, the operating weight is an impressive 18,400 kg. The WIKING model is equipped with two tools – a large-capacity bucket and a pallet fork – so that authentic construction site operation can be imitated.

Ideal weight distribution with the engine block in the rear: The original shows that the workstation of the wheel loader has been highly professionalised. The Liebherr XPower traction drive enables stepless acceleration for the original in all speed ranges, without noticeable gear shifts and without interruption of tractive power. Powerful work and a high level of operating comfort increase productivity. Ideal weight distribution results in high dump loads and greater handling capacity per operating hour. Modern, ergonomic cab design enables concentrated and fatigue-free work for the operator. The displays, control elements and driver’s seat are aligned to each other and form a single, ergonomic unit. But there’s more: The generously glazed areas of the cab offer outstanding all-round visibility of the work equipment and work area. The design of the bonnet, which is optimised for visibility, and the rear-view camera linked to the Liebherr display ensure an ideal view to the rear. Thus maximum safety is ensured for man, machine and the load.WIKING model with interchangeable loading tools: WIKING designers have prototypically and functionally miniaturized the loading arm, in addition they have also fashioned the steering joint as the guarantor for movability in everyday deployment. For day-to-day tasks in 1:32 scale the Liebherr L 556 XPower is equipped with a high-volume bucket and a pallet fork with tines that can be moved laterally. The tools are designed with a change system, so that they are also interchangeable in the model. A look under the rear bonnet, which opens to reveal the power unit, is particularly impressive. The lateral radiator flaps also open. The cab interior, with cab door that can be opened, has also been presented with filigree detail. Mirrors and lights are attached as component parts, the same applies to the rear trailer coupling. And the WIKING designers have also taken another important detail of the prototype into account: The brake pads are also provided as component parts.
