The East German company Multicar has more than 80 years of tradition in vehicle construction and was privatized early after German reunification. The Multicar 26 was presented at the Commercial Vehicles IAA in Hanover in 1992. It is based on the 1991 Multicar 25, of which more than 100,000 were built
Has wipers. Inside, too, the sound-absorbing interior paneling and the multi-adjustable suspension seat ensure more comfort. Hydraulic systems are designed for three-way, dump and rear tippers or take care of the operation of front and attachment devices. The VW four-stroke four-cylinder diesel engine has 1896 ccm and achieves a power output of 40kW (54.4 hp).
Top speed of 80km/h. The Multicar can be converted to 100 powerful attachments and attachments and is therefore very flexible in its range of applications. For example, this M26 is equipped with a telescopic skip loader and a 1.5 cm3 container on the loading area, even the filigree hydraulic joints are recognizable.
