The so-called “platte” stands for the construction of residential buildings from standardized housing slabs. These were made from concrete in housing construction combines in the GDR. The housing series from 1970 (WBS 70) allowed the rational and variable creation of living space. Many of the building ensembles created in this way are still in use today, some are even listed buildings. The prefabricated building series from Busch consists of the building with the standard floor height, which can be individually extended by a separate floor. The highlight is the matching furnishing sets with figures and scenes from real life.
Kit for increasing the prefabricated building H0 1926 by another floor. With several of the extensions, the building can be increased by additional floors.
