Workers’ house based on the original in Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate. Houses of this type are to be found in the still-preserved workers’ settlement, popularly known as “Kiautschau”, which was established in 1897 by the “corporation for the construction of cheap housing, specifically for the benefit of the workers in Worms am Rhein”. In the kit, the half-timbering, doors and window shutters are made of real wood and are already coloured. Realistic replica of the natural stone base and stone steps. The appropriate street signs from Worms are included on a cut-out sheet.
The assembly is particularly easy thanks to a stable, pluggable substructure, which is covered with the ready-cut and coloured parts. In addition, only a craft knife and model building glue
Note – Other items such as figures and other accessories are not included and only shown as an example of use.
